List of supplies that we need to collect:
- Shoeboxes and giftwrap: give to Lauren Black as soon as you have them.
- School supplies: pens, pencils and sharpeners, crayons or markers, stamps and ink pad sets, writing pads or paper, solar calculators, coloring and picture books, etc.
- Toys: small cars, balls, dolls, stuffed animals, kazoos, harmonicas, yo-yos, jump
ropes, small Etch A Sketch, toys that light up or make noise (with extra batteries) slinky, fast food toys, etc. - Hygiene Items: toothpaste, mild bar soap (in a plastic bag) comb, washcloth, hair
accessories, nail care accessories, etc. - Other: T-shirts, socks, ball caps, sunglasses, toy jewelry, watches, flashlights (with extra batteries) hard candy, etc.
- Supplies to make cards to go in the boxes.
- DO NOT INCLUDE: used or damaged items, war related items such as toy guns, knives,
or military figures, chocolate or food, liquids or lotions, breakable items or aerosol cans.

FREE Movie Tickets
UltraStar is offering free admission to their Kidtoons programs for our MOPS group! Kidtoons are G-rated films that play every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 am. The same movie plays for an entire month and the program is always family friendly and affordable: Admission is only $2.50 per person (guests 2 and under are Free) but for our MOPS group, they are FREE.
Most Kidtoons features run between 60-75 minutes so they are the perfect opportunity for parents to introduce the movie environment to little ones who may not have the attention-span or ability to sit still for a normal 90-120 minute feature presentation. The Kidtoons program features characters and stories that preschool to school-age children are familiar with like Strawberry Shortcake, Barbie, and Thomas the Tank Engine. After each show children receive a free give-away item such as stickers, temporary tattoos or a coloring sheet.
The UltraLuxe Scottsdale is located at 9090 E Indian Bend Rd in the Scottsdale Pavilions on Indian Bend and the Loop 101. For more information visit www.UltraStarMovies.com

Fry's Grocery Cards
Pay $10 for a Fry's Gift Card and receive a card loaded with $10. You can then preload to use at Fry's and Fry's Gas. A percentage of what you load on your card will go into your name in an account at Sun Valley. You can use this money to pay for your MOPS dues, camp, Bible study, supplies, etc.
Stop by the Sun Valley office or contact a steering team member.
Fry's cards can be used at their gas stations. One family uses their monthly allotment for gas and puts it on a Fry's card so they always have gas money. You can also purchase gift cards using your Fry's card. These will help you build your account balance up faster.
